Recent re-organization of UBC Chemistry's upper-year laboratory experience will be discussed with the focus on a new style of delivery by offering experiments in all disciplines in one combined course.  The in-house software designed to maintain the student schedules, marks and records while meeting the curriculum requirements will be described.  Other than the four traditional chemistry disciplines, a new category of inter-disciplinary experiments has also been introduced where multiple disciplines of chemistry are integrated into one experiment.  One such example where inorganic and organic chemistry have been combined will be discussed.  The students synthesize a titanium metal complex as the catalyst which they utilize for a hydroamination reaction. Our initial successes and challenges towards developing the program and future implementation will be reported.
