In food engineering operations courses, the cultivation of creative thinking is important for the improvement of students' interests in academic learning and the enhancement of the professional identity, which would accordingly cultivate students' abilities of self-learning, discovering and solving problems. In order to greatly improve teaching effect, teachers should do creative thinking, leave room for exploration and focus on the construction of multi-level training in experimental teaching process.
