This research examines the variable temperature ionic conductivity of electrolytes for lithium-ion battery applications. We report results for electrolytes containing LiPF<sub>6</sub> and LiTFSA salts with silyl and fluorosilyl solvents, along with binary and ternary solvent blends of a fluorosilyl solvent with ethylene carbonate and diethyl carbonate. When used in lithium salt electrolytes, silyl solvents typically have lower ionic conductivities than organic carbonates; however the organosilyl solvents greatly reduce electrolyte flammability. In single-solvent silyl electrolytes, the replacement of fluorine for a methyl substituent on the silicon improved ionic conductivity significantly. Ternary solvent blends including ethylene carbonate had higher conductivities than binary blends of the fluorosilyl solvent with diethyl carbonate. While pure organosilyl electrolyte conductivities are greater than 1 mScm<sup>-1</sup> at 25°C, the binary and ternary blends produce much higher ionic conductivities. We report ionic conductivities from -5 to 55°C for ten electrolytes and apply the VTF model to the variable temperature ionic conductivity.
