The global reaction route mapping (GRRM) strategy consisting of the ADDF (anharmonic downward distortion following) method and AFIR (artificial force induced reaction) method has been used to explore exhaustively reaction pathways for complex reactions including catalysis. For stereoselective reactions GRRM determined many conformations of transition states for calculating their contributions to stereoselectivity. Several applications of GRRM to organometallic and organocatalytic reactions will be presented
