With high growth in <i>e-learning</i> technologies Instructors at schools and universities are asked to add more duties to their teaching efforts. With the flood of information and operational activities <i>e-learning</i> demands from instructors a head start over students. On this regard, the Q-Electronic tutor with advanced ITS capabilities can moderate instructor’s effort while at the same time makes student and machine interaction an exciting experience. Problems from selected topics in General Chemistry will be processed using MS Visual Studio Express programming platform to demonstrate the intelligence capabilities of the Q-Electronic Tutor programs.
