Dr. Bruno Lange GmbH, formed in 1933, and The Hach Chemical Company, established in 1947, were successful small businesses due to one common belief – our customers speak, and we must not only listen but respond.  This responsive, personal approach and customer relationships established in those early days have sustained enormous growth through the years in the drinking and waste water analytics markets.  Being successful, small businesses in their roots and beliefs, both companies were acquired by Danaher across 1999, and combined to form Hach Lange.  This mission remains largely unchanged:  <i>Ensure water quality for people around the world.​</i><br/> <br/>This presentation will trace the fundamental beliefs, customer focus, and some of the products that have made Hach Lange successful in a highly competitive water quality analytics market, from the meager beginnings to the present day.
