Limitations on the nitrogen oxides from FCC regenerations are becoming more and more stringent worldwide. In this work, a series of x% V2O5-WO3-TiO2 nanoparticles with variable V loading amounts were direct synthesized by the sol-gel method, and their catalytic performance were tested for selective catalytic reduction of NO with ammonia under simulated FCC regenerator flue gas composition conditions. The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD, H2-TPR and XPS. 5% V2O5-WO3-TiO2 catalyst exhibited high NO conversion (above 90%) and high N2 selectivity (above 80%) among the wide temperatue range (200-400 oC) under a GHSV of 50000 h-1. The high activities of the 5% V2O5-WO3-TiO2 catalyst could be attributed to V2O5 and WO3 doping in TiO2 with highly dispersion, suitable ratio with V4+/V5+ and highly reducibility.
