Organotin polyesters derived from the reaction of organotin dihalides and salts of D-camphoric acid exhibit good ability to inhibit a range of human cancer cell lines based on EC<sub>50</sub>values. These cell lines include the PC-3 prostate cell line, MDA MB-231 and MCF-7 breast cell lines, HT-29 colon cell line, and AsPC-1 and PANC-1 pancreatic cancer cell lines. CI<sub>50</sub> values were similar employing either the 3T3 or WI-38 cell lines as standards.
