The use of reversed-phase flash chromatography in medicinal chemistry research has seen growth in recent years.  Many chemists, though familiar with normal-phase purification, are unfamiliar with some of the subtle optimization techniques in reversed-phase.  In this poster we show how the prudent choice of a sample solvent for flash chromatography injection can dramaticlly improve a separation.
