Antibody modeling has largely been restricted to examination of the Fv region. The inclusion of these modeled Fv regions within the context of the full antibody can have a profound effect on their properties. Modeling large numbers of full antibodies in this manner has been extremely time-consuming. We deployed MOE into a cloud-environment and scaled it in such a manner that we were rapidly able to model and evaluate thousands of such models in an hour instead of months.
