Our customer-first approach begins with listening to the customer to discover what will work best for them. Trust between the customer and the small chemical business has to be built. Sometimes the best solution is to recommend a product or service that is different from what the small chemical software company itself provides. In this presentation, we will highlight a recent example from our consulting work where we determined the client requirements, produced a rapid prototype, and developed the production application of a fit for need chemical registration, ordering, and inventory system. We will also describe our recently released LC/MS impurity profiling tool, Chromys™, built with suggestions from a lead customer. We will share hard-earned lessons as well as successes. Integrated Chemistry Design provides advanced consulting and commercial software for chemical, pharmaceutical, and life sciences companies. Grounded in extensive knowledge of the chemical design process, we started our company six years ago to create applications to increase communication and collaboration by enhancing teamwork, increasing productivity, and liberating the scientific imagination.
