Our program for US undergraduates to go to the United Kingdom in the summers for an extended research and cultural experience will be presented. Its growth from two self-funded students from one institution in 2009 through to its current status with ten students from institutions throughout the US at two host institutions in the UK in 2015 will be discussed.  The program has been supported for the past six summers by the National Science Foundation, initially through its International Research Experiences for Students (IRES) program and currently as a Research Experiences for Undergraduates (REU) site.  Aspects such as organization, accommodations, scheduling, visas, assessment and cultural enrichment will be discussed
