Materials and catalysts play critical roles in energy conversion, storage, and utilization. In the recent years, we have made great efforts to design and synthesize novel materials and catalysts for: (1) solar cells to convert solar energy to electricity, (2) photocatalysis to convert visible light to fuels, and (3) supercapacitors to store electrical energy. Those will be discussed in this presentation.
