A residential medicinal chemistry class at Davidson College was recreated as an online course in fall 2012. The online course has been offered as a MOOC three times on the edX platform. The online course has been susequently been used to blend and flip the residential version in order to improve the learning experience for Davidson students. The discussion will focus upon enhancements to the online course, the impact of the enhancements on residential course, and interactions between the online and residential students.
