The members of Middle Tennessee State University Chemistry Society have survived the apocalyptic events. They are voyaging this spring to the ACS meeting in San Diego to share their experiences of 2015-2016 with the fellow few that remain. The survivors of the MTSU Chemistry Society include club officers, members, faculty advisors, and guest speakers. Bartering safety goggles for supplies, the group aids in the reconstruction of communities in this post-apocalyptic era with educational outreach, volunteer work, and demonstrations. Keeping morale high with pizza and picnics, their mission is always in sight: pass down the lineage of knowledge that is chemistry.
