The presentation will talk about the key components of the NSF-S-STEM program at Knox College which targets first-year, full-time students with financial need who have demonstrated motivation and aptitude to pursue STEM degrees in Biology, Biochemistry and Chemistry. In addition, the presentation will discuss impact of the program on the success and challenges of student retention in the sciences.
