Terror and Terrorism is often interchangeably used in the present times. It has been defined in different ways but the main spirit of it is “to indulge in violent acts intended to create fear perpetrated for religious, political or ideological goals”. There are many facets and impacts of this menace. At times, the means to combat terrorism by a militant group, itself involves a way of aggression to combat encompassing disharmony and threat to peace of a region and ultimately leads to a global threat to peace. The most hazardous means of causing and controlling terrorism is by means of “chemicals” which themselves become a threat rather an antidote to this evil- thus directly and/ or indirectly involved threating peace.  Addressing this can be done by by pairing chemical technologies with human rights work -- working hand in hand for peace.
