A series of Beta modified TUD-1 materials were successfully synthesized by nanocrystal self-assembly method using Beta zeolite microcrystalline emulsion as silicon and aluminum source. Several analytic<br/>techniques including XRD, N2 physisorption, TEM, NH3-TPD, H2-TPR and UV-vis DRS were used to<br/>characterize the typical physico-chemical properties of Al2O3-BT composite supports and their<br/>corresponding catalysts. The catalytic performancesof hydrotreating were evaluated by using PetroChina Hohhot petrochemical company FCC diesel as the feedstock. Among the series catalysts of NiMo/Al2O3-BT, the catalyst of NiMo/Al2O3-BT-20h displays the highest HDS efficiency, as high as 98.8%. Moreover, the influence factors in the synthesis process of Beta modified TUD-1 such as crystallization time had been systematically studied and the corresponding supported NiMo series catalysts showed good<br/>hydrodesulfurization performances.
