Novel fluorinated block copolymer was synthesized from polyethylene isophthalate (PEI) and fluorinated isophthaloyl polyester P(PF-oate-Iso–oate-PF-OH) (PF) via polycondensation reaction. Then, they were solvent-blended with polyethylene terephthalate (PET) at various concentrations to obtain oleophobic polyester films of different compositions. The effect of annealing treatment and storage time on the wettability of the films was also investigated. The results indicated that the contact angle (CA) with water and oils was evidently influenced by introducing fluorinated block copolymer. The CA was enhanced with increasing fluorinated block copolymer content in blends. Fluorocarbon chains became more mobile and migrated to the surface through annealing, resulting in a higher concentration of fluorine on the surface. Furthermore, the surface morphology of the films was changed during storage at room temperature due to the chains conformational changes within time. These data suggested that the obtained fluorinated block copolymer polyester films demonstrate low wettability that depended on the film compositions, annealing, and storage time.<br/>
