MRIGlobal has expanded the REACTS Database under the Department of Homeland Security’s Chemical Forensics and Attribution Program (DHS CHEMFAP).  The REACTS Database now includes forensic attribution signatures of 50 Chemical Threat Agent’s (CTA) synthesis routes, along with the critical information for 74 CTA including specific forensic sample collection, spectra, references and chemical properties. Using the REACTS database will allow forensic investigators to quickly search relevant synthetic pathways and analytical methods for investigative lead generation. Optimally, trace element detection may identify a unique chemical manufacturer, reducing the suspect list to individuals who purchased a specific starting material within the past year.<br/>
