The American Chemical Society student chapter at Wayne State hosts many events throughout the year. New this year was the MiSci summer camp event, where we hosted young summer campers on our campus and gave them tours of our lab facilities with fun hands-on demos! We were very excited to bring home the silver separatory cup trophy at Battle of the Chmistry Clubs in January. This year, we also held our fourth annual Falling for Chemistry Symposium with interesting career speakers and students from around the region. We also had our usual events such as our faculty-student mixer, National Chemistry Week celebration and tours of chemical facilities.
