Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) is a powerful technique for the quantitative analysis of molecules and reactions.  Most undergraduate programs teach the basics of NMR analysis as an Organic Chemistry topic for structure elucidation but the full breadth of NMR applications is rarely addressed.  With the acquisition of a new 400 MHz NMR in 2013 we set about to use the new instrument in more courses at the University of West Florida to both expand understanding of the capability of NMR and to enhance student comfort with the instrument.  An existing experiment using the FT-IR for quantitative analysis of liquor samples seemed an apt entry point for using quantitative NMR in non-synthesis courses.  The development of quantitative NMR experiments for the undergraduate curriculum will be discussed including a novel Instrumental Analysis experiment and an interdisciplinary experiment with the UWF Kugelman Honors programs home-brewing class run out of the Biology department.  The experimental design and acquisition of data by undergraduate research students and the Instrumental Analysis class will be discussed as well as the opportunities for report writing, graphical data analysis and real-world course connections.<br/>
