Organophosphorus flame retardants (OPFRs) are widely implemented in consumer and industrial products as replacements for brominated and chlorinated based flame retardants in textiles, plastics, electronics and other materials.   However, recent monitoring studies have found OPFRs present in both environmental and biological samples, with several compounds exhibiting toxic and carcinogenic effects.  Here we present the development and implementation of a HRMS screening method for 13 OPRFs.  The use of full spectral acquisition was performed on both low and elevated collision energy states, such that both exact mass precursor and product ions were used for compound identification.  Additionally, a 2D LC approach incorporating the use of a large volume injection and trap and elute on a primary column prior to chromatographic separation on a 1.7µm 2.1x100 mm BEH Phenyl analytical column.  As this approach results in signal enhancement by maximizing the analyte load in the LC system, lower volume of water sample (100mL total) is required during the SPE step prior to analysis. Method results with regards to extraction recovery, reproducibility and repeatability of response, LOD/Qs and overall sample identifications will be presented.<br/>
