The National Science Foundation has several programs that provide scholarship support for students from underrepresented groups, and community and technical colleges. This presentation will discuss programs in the NSF's Division of Undergraduate Education (DUE) and Division of Human Resource Development (HRD): Scholarships in STEM (S-STEM), a scholarship program for academically talented and financially needy students earning STEM degrees; the Louis Stokes Alliances for Minority Participation (LS-AMP), a program to increase the numbers of underrepresented students completing high quality STEM degrees; and the Tribal Colleges and Universities Program (TCUP), which provides awards to Tribal Colleges and Universities, Alaska Native-serving institutions, and Native Hawaiian-serving institutions to promote high quality STEM education, research, and outreach.
