This work presents a method to transmit a short electronic message (E-Mail) using Internet enabled hand held device containing action tags to trigger sequence of chemoinformatics workflow in a remote location. The decoding of such messages in a secured environment with validation of tasks and authentication of users to perform required tasks including text mining of biomedical literature to generate protein-protein interactions network is highlighted. The data generated as part of this chemoinformatics workflow would be compressed and uploaded on cloud storage location and a public link would be generated and forwarded to the user to download the result sets [Figure-1]. An example has been demonstrated with the objective of building network of protein-protein interactions related to “diabetes” as the disease of interest. In this case study an email sent specified email address with subject line <b>“PubMed, Text Mining, Network, Diabetes, PPI”</b>. The automatic email scanner at the remote location would verify the authenticity of the email and process the email content to a workflow to generate the output. The generated network consists of analytics of molecular data can be used to analyze protein-protein associations in context of diabetes. The details of the tools, methods and data will be discussed.
