Activation of complex substrate is often challenging and an important phenomenon in carrying out catalytic organic transformations effectively. In search of a general solution to this important problem, we have initiated a program where two different catalytic activators cooperatively provide the necessary activation for a variety of transformations. A detailed investigation aimed at characterizing solution structures of the intermediates involved in cooperative-catalytic systems developed in our lab will be presented.<br/>
