Successful tumors often display an immune-evasive or -suppressive phenotype.  Research in our lab enabled by synthetic glycopolymers suggests that the cancer glycocalyx contributes to immune evasion.  This presentation will focus on our work toward developing cancer therapies that act by remodeling cell-surface glycoconjugates.<br/>
