Supercritical Fluid Chromatography (SFC) and related techniques employing carbon dioxide based mobile phases have become an industry standard for rapid analysis of enantiopurity. In this presentation we survey recent studies in these laboratories relating to the use of SFC for the fast separations and high thoughput analysis that have become vitally important for modern pharmaceutical research.
