The metal surface can play an important role in the varieties of chemical processes, particularly excitation energy transfer (EET) and relaxation of molecules. However, the interaction between the evanescent wave as a photon thermal reservoir and the molecular EET in the vicinity of metal is still not fully understood. Recently, the coupling of Exciton and Plasmon, Plexciton attracts a lot of interest and provides a new direction to design the next generation solar cell.<br/><br/>Previously, we established a mathematical formulation* based on the classical electromagnetic (EM) theory using the dyadic Green function and investigated the effect of the metallic environment using material permittivity in local and nonlocal limits from the electrodynamic perspective. In this work, the quantum dynamics computational method is developed, combining Finite-difference time-domain(FDTD) method and quantum master equation, to study the exciton transport in the molecular system in couple with the fluctuating Evanescent EM field. Using the MEEP/MBP or COMSOL, the LDOS and dyadic Green function of the metal/photonic crystal surface with different geometries or lattice parameters can be calculated. The transport properties such as conductance/coherence length can be calculated using quantum Master equation. We will discuss how the material and geometric parameters associated with the Evanencent EM field can be tuned to affect the EET efficiency. In the future work, it will be of great interest to extend NEGF method by including the fluctuating EM fields for the realistic molecular systems.
