Open access has historically seen slower uptake in chemistry communities. With the recent launch of fully open access journals in chemistry, expanded funder mandates of relevance to chemists, and a variety of unique efforts by stakeholders, open science (and open chemistry) is picking up steam. With growth comes new requirements, costs, changing patterns and workflows, but also many new opportunities.  This session seeks to describe the innovative possibilities for open chemistry from ACS Publications’ perspective.<br/>
