We present a web based data mining and visualization platform for high throughput drug discovery data that makes use of a novel technology stack following modern reactive web design principles.<br/> <br/>The Visualization module within CDD Vault allows experimental, calculated, and modeling values to be readily manipulated and viewed in customizable formats.  CDD Vault allows researchers to simultaneously visualize, manipulate, and create publication quality graphics for hundreds of thousands of data points. Scientists can perform complex, multidimensional analysis of experimental data, as well as calculated and predicted properties to optimize activity, selectivity, and drug-like properties.  This advanced analytics and visualization suite is conveniently integrated within the CDD Vault for facile registration, structure activity relationship discovery, and secure collaboration. The synergy of having Visualization directly integrated with other modules such as Activity & Registration, Inventory, and ELN within the CDD Vault allows users to quickly and graphically move through and sift their data, test stages of the drug discovery process, and re-focus on advancing their science.  As with all capabilities in CDD Vault, an emphasis has been place on an intuitive design that facilitates secure, controlled communication with colleagues of complementary expertise.<br/>
