Reviewing safety learnings after an incident can be very helpful to prevent future recurrences.  Unfortunately this information rarely gets circulated outside of the original group, much less outside the company or institution. The Pistoia Alliance, a life sciences not-for-profit focusing on pre-competitive collaboration,  has launched the Chemical Safety Library project to collect and disseminate reaction incident learnings from across the chemistry laboratory community, thereby unlocking previously inaccessible information.  We will review the new data submission system and the data gathered so far,  and will discuss how you can get involved to make this important data sharing experiment a success.<br/><br/>
