rGO-In2O3 hybrid structures were synthesized by solvothermal route with In nitrate (III) hydrate and as-prepared rGO using modified Hummers method. The ITO/APC/ITO multilayer was fabricated on colorless polyimide (CPI) substrate by DC magnetron sputtering at room temperature. The response to 0.5 ppm NO2 of rGO-In2O3 hybrid structures on CPI substrate with OMO electrodes was 35.7 which was 34 times higher than that of pure In2O3 porous nanoparticles. The ultra-high response and selectivity of rGO-In2O3 hybrid materials to NO2 were ascribe to the presence of hydroxyl group in rGO and the extension of electron depletion region in n-type In2O3. rGO-In2O3 hybrid materials onto ITO/APC/ITO/CPI can be used for highly sensitive NO2 flexible gas sensor application at low temperature.
