This work aims to prepare cyclo-based polymeric structures such as tadpole or jellyfish structures by the functionalization of one (or multiple) triazole node(s) included in the backbone of a cyclic polylactide. The latter was prepared by the intramolecular copper-catalyzed azide-alkyne cycloaddition of a functionalized linear polylactide chain.
