A variety of polymers have been synthesized and characterized from the reaction of Lewis bases and metal-containing Lewis acids employing the interfacial polycondensation system and commercially available reactants.  Here we describe the synthesis of Group IVB metallocene polyamine esters from reaction of various metallocene dichlorides with the salt of 4-aminobenzoic acid, PABA.  IR shows formation of M-N, M-O, and M-O-CO bands and is consistent of the repeat unit being NH-M-O with a distorted tetrahedral non-bridging asymmetrical structure. The products exhibit outstanding inhibition of a variety of cancer cell lines including two pancreatic and two breast cancer cell lines.  <br/>
