Currently under construction, the Facility for Rare Isotope Beams (FRIB) will be a new national user facility for nuclear science, producing a wide variety of nuclides by projectile fragmentation. Experiments with beam energies up to 200MeV per nucleon at FRIB will simultaneously produce large quantities of rare isotopes in the beam-dump cooling loop that could be synergistically harvested without interference to the primary user. We have demonstrated that HFSLM is an efficient method for selectively removing isotopes from the cooling loop in situ at the high flow rates and ultra-low concentrations of the system. Feasibility results will be presented for the extraction of <sup>48</sup>V.
