The industrial workforce relies on skilled and knowledgeable individuals at all levels.  This means that programs in community colleges, junior colleges, technical schools, four-year institutions, and universities must be preparing the workforce today.  This means that in addition to traditional science and mathematics courses, other technical and adapted programs are essential to the safety and profitability of the chemical enterprise.  This presentation will focus on curriculum and activities that are being implemented, refined and evaluated to the next generation of operations personnel.
