The evidence for the benefits of active learning in STEM disciplines has been well established.  However, implementing active learning in large lecture courses can be a daunting task.  In this talk, Professor Tro discusses the tools he has created to help General Chemistry instructors implement active learning in all aspects of their General Chemistry courses.    He will discuss and demonstrate interactive videos, questions, and quizzes that professors can use to keep their students actively learning before class, during class, and after class.
