Adsorption of proteins to nanoparticles can be measured by the increase of the effective hydrodynamic diameter. This has been extensively reported using fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS), which however as optical methods suffers from light scattering and absorption effects in complex environments. Here a non-optical method for detecting hydrodynamic diameters in complex environments will be discussed.<br/>
