Raman Under Nitrogen Spectroscopy, or RUNS, is a new and exciting experimental spectroscopic technique that involves the submerging of samples under liquid nitrogen and allows for greater resolution Raman spectra due to rovibrational cooling.  Using RUNS also provides an easy calibration for the spectroscopist via the N<sub>2</sub> stretch, and overlapping vibrational blue shifts from solvents such as water can easily be “frozen out.”  Here, we use RUNS to explore the hydrogen bonding of pyrimidine and pyridine to water in the solid state.  <br/>
