An overview of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act of 2016 will be presented along with the impact these regulations have on chemical businesses in the food, energy, and water sectors. Chemical companies in these sectors must continue to exercise vigilance to avoid legal risks associated with these regulations.
