A study of the development and implementation of an organic chemistry animation iPhone and iPad app for classroom visualization will be discussed. The app, Tap OChem, with over 130 animations is a cost-effective solution that includes concepts i.e. hybridization, conformation analysis, aromaticity, etc., and reactions including nucleophile substitution, elimination, alkene, epoxide, benzene, and carbonyl chemistry.
