Why do LGBTQ+ scientists matter in the chemical sciences? What are the opportunities and challenges that affect LGBTQ+ graduate and postdoctoral students in chemistry? A panel of LGBTQ+ graduate and postdoctoral students will discuss these questions based from their own experiences with professional development and training that has affected their identities as LGBTQ+ chemists.
