In this talk, we will describe our efforts at Texas A&M University Qatar to prepare MOF immobilized ligands and complexes of transition metals. These materials were applied as catalysts in a variety of early transition metal catalyzed reactions. We will also discuss our efforts to analyze some MOF-immobilized complexes through <i>in situ</i> IR spectroscopy.<br/>
