A series micro-mesoporous ZSM-5/FDU-12 material (ZF-x K) with MFI microporous structure and face-centered cubic structure were successfully synthesized using the nano-assembly method under different water bath temperature conditions. The corresponding NiMo/ZF-x K catalyst was mechanical mixture with NiMo/Al2O3 catalyst to prepare the hydrodesulfurization (HDS) catalyst (NiMo/ZFA-x K) for FCC diesel. The physicochemical properties of series material and catalysts were characterized by XRD, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm, FTIR, TEM, Py-IR, Raman and XPS technique method. The catalyst was evaluated on a high pressure microreactor, with a reaction condition of 5 MPa and a temperature of 623 K. The catalytic results shows that the NiMo/ZFA-303 K catalyst exhibits the highest hydrodesulfurization (HDS) and hydrodenitrogenation (HDN) efficiencies, 98.9% and 99.3%, respectively, which attributed to the larger surface area, suitable acidity and highly dispersed degree of active species.
