Noted as a green chemistry chapter, the University of Tennessee at Martin SMACS will describe their commitment to incorporating green chemistry into their annual activities. Included will be details on how a green chemistry guest speaker and a green chemistry Science Center were organized and hosted, how demonstrations were reworked to be more green, and how green chemistry principles were incorporated into our Boy Scout Merit Badge workshop, National Chemistry Week, and Science Week activities.
