This work presents a simple strategy to immobilize industrial enzyme in microporous metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). The denatured enzyme lost their tertiary structures, and was able to penetrate the micropores of MOFs then formed bioreactors. The synthesized bioreactor produces high yields of small carbohydrate  even when reused 16 times.
