Faculty are being asked to do more and more every year. From assessment to teaching, to research the job description continues to grow. Faculty members now have to find time to help recruit students through school visits and hosting high school students on campus. Often times this is being done with little additional finanacial support and resources. There are significant resources and programs that can assist in this recruiting if faculty decide to pursue these pathways. From the ACS to the NSF the choices everywhere, they all have strengths and weaknesses. Our best programs have interact with hundreds of students every yearand help us recruit students for our STEM programs.
