Skin is the largest organ of the human body; it works as a protective barrier to environmental hazards as well as continuously and individually radiating data about ourselves. Self-powered wearable bioelectronic devices explore the skin-interfaced techniques for physiological monitoring and stimulation and have potentials to transform mobile health, personalized clinical care, fitness tracking, human-machine interfaces and many others. The further development of wearable devices needs the introduction of new attributes such as high stretchability and flexibility, and water vapor and air permeability. In this talk, I will introduce our recent research in exploring the wearable bioelectronic and energy devices based-on transient CO<sub>2</sub> laser heat-induced porous graphene. The device examples of porous graphene-based wearable bioelectronic devices include electrophysiological sensors,  hydration sensors, and temperature sensors. Such formats of devices can interact with the human skin in a water vapor and air permeable manner, thereby facilitating their long-term feasibilities. The wearable energy device example is a mechanically-buckled 3D micro-supercapacitor, which can be stretched more than 200 % with negligible effects on the device performance. <br/>
