The in vitro evaluation of a lead compound in our program targeted at the development of a centrally-active oxime reactivator for acetylcholinesterase is presented. Some of the initial in vitro tests that led to the selection of LLNL-02 as a lead candidate from a panel of other compounds will be discussed, followed by the presentation of the in vivo evaluation of LLNL-02 (employing AMS) in our guinea pig models [LLNL-ABS-747461]
